Hygge：
在丹麦语和挪威语中，Hygge指的是“一种日常的团聚形式”，“一种令人愉快且备受推崇的日常体验，充满安全、平等、个人完整性和自发的社交流动”。
按照惯例，人们认为hygge一词源自丹麦语，意为“灌输勇气、给予安慰和快乐”。
Hygge源于hyggja，在古挪威语中意为“思考”。
Hygge又源于古挪威语hugr，后来演变为hug，意为灵魂、思想、意识。
《Hygge小书》的作者MeikWiking创立了Hygge宣言，将Hygge量化为十个理想：氛围、存在、愉悦、平等、感恩、舒适、团聚、和谐、休战和庇护。
